1. Application Operator and Contact Information

EchoVerse YouTube Ops is an internal, first-party media and channel operations tool operated by EchoVerse and Bellaire ER (located at 5302 Bellaire Blvd, Bellaire, TX 77401) to manage our own organization's official YouTube channels: Bellaire ER, Virtual ERs, and OnPoint Urgent Care - Houston.

2. First-Party Internal Use Only (No External End Users)

EchoVerse YouTube Ops is a private, internal tool used strictly by our authorized team. The application accesses only YouTube channels that we directly own or manage, as explicitly authorized by the owning Google account via Google OAuth 2.0. The application is not offered to the public and serves no outside or third-party end users.

3. Google and YouTube Data Accessed

When authorized by our owning Google account through Google OAuth 2.0, EchoVerse YouTube Ops accesses our channels' videos, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, comments, and analytics through the YouTube Data API v3 and the YouTube Analytics API:

• Video Content and Assets: Uploaded video files and custom thumbnails on our managed channels, along with captions and publication status.
• Channel and Video Metadata: Video titles and descriptions, plus tags and channel publication settings.
• Playlists: Playlist titles and descriptions, along with item ordering and visibility settings on our channels.
• Comments: Public comments and replies posted on our channels' videos.
• Channel Analytics: Video view counts and watch time, plus audience retention and engagement metrics retrieved via the YouTube Analytics API.

4. How We Use Google and YouTube Data

All data retrieved through the YouTube API Services is used exclusively for our internal channel management and operational workflows:

• Uploading and managing our own educational and healthcare videos across our owned channels (Bellaire ER, Virtual ERs, and OnPoint Urgent Care - Houston).
• Editing video metadata, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists on our channels.
• Replying to and moderating comments on our channels.
• Producing our internal channel analytics and operational reporting.

5. Data Storage, Credential Security, and Zero Third-Party Sharing

OAuth 2.0 tokens and retrieved channel data are stored in a local, access-controlled store on our own infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized system administrators.

• We do not sell, rent, license, or trade any Google or YouTube data or credentials.
• We do not share or transfer OAuth tokens or YouTube API data to any third party.
• We do not use Google or YouTube API data to train external or generalized third-party artificial intelligence models.

6. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

EchoVerse YouTube Ops's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. How to Revoke Access and Request Data Deletion

Any authorized Google account holder for our managed channels can revoke EchoVerse YouTube Ops's access to their Google and YouTube account at any time through Google's security settings page at:

https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Upon revocation, stored OAuth tokens are invalidated immediately. You may also request immediate deletion of any locally cached channel metadata or stored credentials by emailing anesglobal11@gmail.com.
